Istanbul Luxury Hotels is a curated, opinionated guide to the finest places to stay in the city — written by people who actually work here. We are a publication of Safaryar Holidays (Sindibad Turizm Ticaret A.Ş.), a licensed Istanbul travel operator registered with TÜRSAB (the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) under licence number 10028. Almost no competing listicle site is a licensed local operator — it is the single biggest reason to trust what you read here.

How we work

Our ratings draw on three things: hands-on site inspections of the hotels we cover, direct working relationships with hotel management as a local DMC, and aggregated verified-guest intelligence. We do not run fabricated first-person stays or invent details. When we rate a property out of ten, we’re committing to a view — and we say plainly when a famous name isn’t worth its rate.

Editorial independence

No hotel pays for its placement, its rating, or its words. When we help you book — through our concierge — we earn on the contracted rate, not on flattering coverage. Where we link to a booking site we can’t contract directly, we label it clearly. Our incentive is a guest who trusts us enough to come back, not a click.

How we make money

We are a concierge, not an advertising business. Ask us for rates on any hotel we cover and our Istanbul team quotes you directly — often below public pricing, always with local support before and during your stay. There are no display ads on this site, and there never will be.
